Zombie Pin Up

Hello everyone,

Happy Halloween! You may remember this beauty, Rachel, from the Thanksgiving shoot a while back. She truly is a pleasure to work with. This girl has some hair on her head! Took about an hour to do, then make up was about a half hour. Thankfully she is natural gorgeous so it didn't require much make up at all. She rocked the corset.

I loved doing a zombie shoot. Such a great theme, I had The Walking Dead on my mind, such a fantastic show! So I been wanting to do this type of shoot. I love pin up so I wanted to make it more of a old fashion type of sexy zombie girl, who says zombies have to be ugly!

Here are some behind the scene photos. Curtsey of Rachel's sister-in-law. I never get behind the scenes so I was happy to have some! Hope you like the final images!
Always fixing hair at every shoot!

Stunning women!
No zombie could have looked better. Can't wait till next Halloween to see what I can come up with!

Stay tuned for more shoots in the near future, thank for stopping bye. :)

Newport, RI

Hello,

This week I got to go to Newport to Sean's family's timeshare! I have never been here before so it was exciting to go on a vacation with Sean and his awesome family. I love it here! It was cold, but it wasn't crowded since it's October and most people come here durning summer time. We even got the master bedroom which is downstairs from everyone else with a private bathroom. We are some lucky ducks!

We did tons of things. Shopping, sunset watching, visited a light house, and did a tour of a mansion! Also I went to a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop for the first time... but I got the same thing per usual.
Light house!

Sean at the bottom of the steep stairs, you have to pay attention when walking down or else!
The Rosecliff Mansion was AMAZING. In Newport (if you haven't been) their are tons of mansion you can go inside and take tours of. Ours was actually the place where The Great Gatsby 70s version was filmed! It was beautiful. The people who lived there actually were very Jay like and through parties all the time! Like every weekend with costumes and glamour! Sean and I actually thought it was kind of sad that it was now only a "museum". The whole reason those people built it was to party in it. How awesome is that?! Sean even bought me a "gilded" butterfly ornament at their little gift shop, it was so pretty!

So pretty much my trip was awesome, can't wait to go back next year! WooWhoo!

Play dates are fun!

Hey peeps!

Such a beautiful day, we picked up Bridget and her best friend Ryan from preschool so they could have a play date. Did I mention I'm obsessed with the name ryan for a girl's name! Cause I am. If I have kids I'm stealing her name? Sorry but not really. They had an after school snack of goldfish and some fruit, a kid favorite. Jack and I played with a waffle ball outside and the girls played on the swing set, they were so cute!!! Then jack went inside for a nap and I played dress up with the girls till Ryan got picked up. The best thing about being a nanny is playing pretend!

Ah, to be a kid...

Little Red Massacre

So Friday I ended up getting together with my friend Apyrlle for another photo in Halloween Fairytale series. It was not even  that cold out, thank goodness! We drove to the Ferry in Rocky Hill to go to the dirt road in the back, not many cars drive it so it's a great location surrounded by woods & ponds. Apyrlle bought this cute white dress and red cape and I brought a creepily big knife and basket. If someone saw us they might think we were crazy, which we are, but thankfully we only ended up seeing 2 cars! I loved a lot of the photos, it was hard to decide which to edit first, but then I the last one I did I ended up loving the most, and turns out everyone seemed to like it as well!

For the blood we used mud and then I turned it red in photoshop, my poor models always willing to go the extra mile for me and my art! She also trenched in gross, cold water for me too! But this shoot was so fun! I can't wait to have her model for me again soon!

I also did my snow white shoot, I didn't have a model so thankfully Apyrlle helped me out by snapping the pics for me. I'm still really iffy about them. I ended up making snow white a vampire. That's why she is so pale! One bad apple, if I do say so. So big thanks to my model and photo assistant!

Here are some outtakes and photos when we were leaving!

You..

Have something on your nose...

Sometimes I like to make Bridget laugh! Decided while we were eating a snack to throw applesauce on her face. Hey, these are the little things that make me happy, haha!

Applesauce happens!
