Grandpa Jack's 90th Birthday

   Sean's grandpa is 90 years old! He even got a crown, haha. We went to a local ice cream shop to celebrate. We brought pizza and a cake, and we of course got ice cream. They even made a special cake for him with his favorite team on it. These people make extraordinary ice cream cakes, better than anything I've seen. So cool. I was so hungry I ate four slices of cheese pizza, had peice of cake and a giant chocolate covered strawberry, so delicious. I got ice to take home though. I figured I'd save it for later when I was in pjs with an elastic waistband! 

   It was such a lovely time with the family. Jack liked my card I made him. He got a beautiful frame with Frank Sinatra lyrics in it from Sean's cousin, Lindsay, that's his favorite singer. A shirt of his team with 90 and his name on the back! A great gift. Then Sean's uncle who I guess works for the town, he's the person who cuts ribbons for local business! I want giant scissors now.... anyway, he got the mayor to make it Jack Carroll Day. Like seriously!!! The mayor made a proclamation. What a memorable gift, we can celebrate each year, haha!

 

Ice Cream Card

   Painted with watercolor for Sean's grandfather who was turning 90! Don't mind my handwriting, I'll never be good at it. But I've accepted it! But I like the ice cream, I wish I did a lighter color as the background. Ah, next time.

Happy Valentine's Day My Loves

 

Hello love birds,

   I just adore Valentine's Day. I just love love! I got a beautiful card Sean painted. I made Sean a card but of course I spelt something wrong so I didn't post it and it's only on my phone. I wrote "You're my favorite person to Netflix and chill with" but instead of Netflix I wrote Netflix... I was trying so hard to make the lines match up that I added another line to my F! It was in all caps. Sean got two small cards from the animals. Too funny, I had to! I got him a box of chocolates and a few other things. We watched X-Files and went to Olympia to eat. It wasn't an eventful valentine's but hey that's life.

Superbowl Sunday

Hello!

   As always, we went to Uncle Frank's best party of the year. And surprisingly there weren't many people. So weird. BUT that means I got a good seat! Lady Gaga, amazing, absolutely amazing. Than again is Lady Gaga! She nailed it. Plus her outfit and makeup was so awesome. I'm glad people are finally taking her seriously as an artist. Ever since she performed the sound of music tribute at that award show, people finally know she can in fact sing. People too often over look great singers just because they don't like their songs. "Oh she sucks" is said just because she sings a pop song and is dressed differently than others. But HELLO listen to her range! She is a powerful singer, always has been. So I'm really happy she got to sing to millions to showcase her awesomeness!

Let's talk about that halftime show... sorry to say, but it wasn't good. Coldplay is great and all but I don't know if the mic was all messed up but you could barely hear him. Bruno was a lot louder. But honestly he's already been on, same with Beyonce. They should have had someone from a lot longer ago.  Like The Who, Phil Collins,  Paul McCartney! Like for real.

The commercials were okay, I liked that Phoenix College one, mostly because it's a song from The Wizard Of Oz... well a version. I liked the girl singing it. I wish she would do the original, I'd totally listen to it all the time. That puppy monkey baby creature thing was frightening... it freaked me out.  Super Bowl babies was cute, everyone liked those. Doritos always does a pretty good job. The Bud Light one was funny, I especially like when they say "Everybody loves Paul Rudd" and he responds "I didn't know this was going to happen" Haha and it is true everyone does love him, I know I do! And whatever that one with Weezy was.

Anyway, it was fun family time with good food and many laughs. Till next year, Super Bowl.

Another Day Another Snow

      

   

Hey everybody, it snowed again!

    Abby is a happy puppy, that's for sure. I didn't forget to put on her coat today, thankfully. We have a cute purple jacket and her scarf, haha! I use it to cover her ears but it always falls down. She's adorable. This girl loves her snow. Running in circles and flinging her favorite ball around. Ed did not attempt to go outside this time.  I captured some video again as well. She is such a cutie pie. Check the videos out on my Instagram.

Snow Day!

Hey there!

   Last night we got a bunch of snow! So we played outside. Eddy tested it out for like a second then said NOPE. She ate snow and was being goofy, running all over the place! Check out my instagram for videos!
