So true. I think some people will never realize that. If I hadn't I'd still be living at my moms, staying in bed 24/7, not having a job or even friends. Once I realized I don't have to feel this way, everything changed. I got the help I needed. I will always struggle with bipolar disorder but I can do it on my terms instead of the disease's terms!
